Job Summary
The Configuration Management Analyst participates in the management, auditing, and validation of technical and configuration data for an aircraft manufacturer's operations. This role ensures compliance of technical deliverables, traceability of modifications, and continuous improvement of configuration management processes. Key responsibilities include performing quality audits on engineering data sets, managing change requests, validating technical documentation, and preparing configuration reports, all while adhering to performance indicators and quality standards.
Must Have
- Experience in configuration management, data management, or technical engineering
- Proficiency with Datalink, ENOVIA, SAP, CATIA V5, Microsoft Office tools
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English required
- Rigour, analytical skills, ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Availability for occasional travel and flexible working hours if necessary

Job Description
Workplace: Saint-Laurent, QC with occasional travel to Mirabel
Work mode: Hybrid, 3 days in-person and 2 days remote.
Expected start date: January 5, 2026
The Configuration Management Analyst participates in the management, auditing, and validation of technical and configuration data for our aircraft manufacturer client's operations. This position ensures compliance of technical deliverables, traceability of modifications, and continuous improvement of configuration management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality audits on engineering data sets (MODSUM/EDRN/NIEO) in Datalink, ENOVIA, SAP systems.
- Manage and close change requests (DQDRFC) and incident logs.
- Validate and publish technical documentation and engineering reports.
- Manage document number reservation and ensure data transfer.
- Prepare and publish Engineering Configuration Statements (ECS), configuration lists (CCL, CMSL), and audit reports.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of configuration tools and processes.
- Comply with performance indicators (FTR >98%, OTD >95%) and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in configuration management, data management, or technical engineering.
- Proficiency with Datalink, ENOVIA, SAP, CATIA V5, Microsoft Office tools.
