Job Summary

The Strategy & Reporting Senior Manager reports to the Vice President of Global People Solutions (GPS) and leads a global team focused on delivering exceptional colleague experiences, optimizing People lifecycle processes, and advancing GPS’s Make It Possible strategy. This role drives operational excellence, fosters strong partnerships, and enables data-driven decision-making to enhance organizational maturity, overseeing GPS operations, performance, risk, finance, culture, and governance.

Must Have

  • Lead operational oversight and performance of the GPS organization.
  • Oversee GPS operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and service excellence.
  • Manage GPS scorecards, monitor KPIs, and leverage analytics.
  • Represent GPS regionally, build trusted partnerships with People Team and business leaders.
  • Develop risk management strategies, conduct audits, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for GPS.
  • Drive Great Place to Work initiatives, support talent planning, and implement training.
  • Lead GPS governance forums, manage OKRs, and deliver executive reporting.
  • Develop communication strategies, manage change initiatives, and prepare executive-level content.
  • Extensive experience in Shared Services, HR, or global operations leadership.
  • Proven success in strategic initiatives, project management, risk management, and financial planning.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Expertise in developing global strategies and driving operational efficiencies.

Good to Have

  • Experience delivering global HR solutions and standardization.
  • Financial acumen and continuous improvement expertise.
  • Multilingual (Spanish or Portuguese preferred).

The Strategy & Reporting Senior Manager reports to the Vice President of Global People Solutions (GPS) and leads a global team focused on delivering exceptional colleague experiences, optimizing People lifecycle processes, and advancing GPS’s Make It Possible strategy. This role drives operational excellence, fosters strong partnerships, and enables data-driven decision-making to enhance organizational maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead operational oversight and performance of the GPS organization across all facets of operations. This includes our premier services, our optimized processes, our partnerships in the region and the colleague culture across the region.

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee GPS operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and service excellence across regions.
  • Performance & Analytics: Manage GPS scorecards, monitor KPIs, and leverage analytics to improve performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Represent GPS regionally, build trusted partnerships with People Team and business leaders, and execute joint initiatives.
  • Risk & Compliance: Develop risk management strategies, conduct audits, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Financial Oversight: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for GPS.
  • Culture & Talent: Drive Great Place to Work initiatives, support talent planning, and implement training and career development programs.
  • Governance & Reporting: Lead GPS governance forums, manage OKRs, and deliver executive reporting on operational and transformational initiatives.
  • Change Management & Communications: Develop communication strategies, manage change initiatives, and prepare executive-level content.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Shared Services, HR, or global operations leadership.
  • Proven success in strategic initiatives, project management, risk management, and financial planning.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in developing global strategies and driving operational efficiencies

Preferred:
