As such, we meet our clients' needs in combating cyber threats. We work with and support operational teams in developing cyber defense solutions.

Your Daily Life

Based at the Thales site in Rennes / Saint-Jacques de la lande, within the Courrouze eco-district, in a dynamic and innovative environment, you will be at the heart of our digital transformation and the evolution of our cloud infrastructures.

Within the APC (Automation Platforms & Cloud) department, you will join a dynamic team passionate about innovation, security, and performance.

You will have the following main missions:

• Deploy and administer the various system execution environments.
• Ensure proactive monitoring of cloud systems to detect problems before they affect users.
• Automate, manage, and maintain the cloud infrastructure.
• Handle incidents and customer support requests.
• Provide technical solutions to resolve incidents sustainably.
• Write and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with the team on the use of observability tools and on technical improvements and optimizations to be made to the system. The objective is to reduce its defects and anomalies.
• Collaborate with the team to industrialize and improve the continuous development and deployment of applications and services.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of the cloud solution regarding exploitability, resource control, and cost management.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our DevSecOps practices and the adoption of new technologies.
• Document processes and configurations.
• Be proactive in proposing infrastructure and tool evolution.

Your Profile

You are a Bac+5 graduate in IT (Engineering School or Master's) with a specialization in DevOps, Cloud, or Systems and at least 4 years of experience in the field.

You have the following skills:

• Operational experience on public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), private or hybrid.
• Proficiency in automation technologies (Terraform, Ansible, bash/python scripting...)
• Proficiency in infrastructure foundation elements (operating systems, network, storage)
• Proficiency and operation of monitoring, supervision, and SIEM/SOC tools (security supervision)
• Advanced knowledge of containerization technologies and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of certain programming languages and their application environments.
• Knowledge of security concepts and compliance best practices.
• Good knowledge of Agile principles and methods as well as the DevOps philosophy.
• Excellent abilities to solve complex problems, work in high-stakes environments, and make quick decisions.

A good command of English is essential to interact effectively with our international teams and partners.

A CSP certification would be a plus.
