Within the Pays de la Loire region, our site specializes in the integration of identification equipment integrated on aeronautical platforms and naval communication systems. The site's activity, mainly industrial, covers the entire product life cycle, from the design phase to customer support.
Apply the general services strategy and the Facility Management framework contract by seeking the best balance between service requirements and financial capacities.
Contribute to the steering of Facility Management and participate in the evolution of existing contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreement).
Contribute to the operational maintenance of equipment and manage critical situations in case of an accident, conduct incident analyses, and implement resulting action plans.
Participate in energy performance management.
Contribute to the management and updating of BIM (digital twin of the site).
Lead and supervise redevelopment operations for tertiary areas and/or production spaces.
Analyze dashboards, incidents, complaints, and after-sales services, and take corrective measures.
Perform routine maintenance and upkeep, ensuring the safety of people and property and taking into account the Group's CSR requirements.
Graduated with a Bac+5, you have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in project coordination or work management.
You master project management tools: planning, action plan, load/capacity, risk management, and are competent in monitoring the activity of an operations/site management/maintenance team.
You master computer drawing/CAD tools and have knowledge of personal and property safety, as well as environment and energy performance.
You have a strong customer culture and are concerned with the notion of commitment.
You are recognized for your team spirit and your ability to unite around common objectives.
You are organized, rigorous, and capable of managing priorities.
