Job Description

Thales is seeking a Technical Management Officer in Laval, France, to contribute to a safer, more environmentally friendly, and inclusive world. This role involves applying general services strategy, managing Facility Management contracts, ensuring operational maintenance of equipment, and leading critical incident analyses. The officer will also participate in energy performance management, BIM updates, and supervise tertiary and production area redevelopments, ensuring safety and RSE compliance.
Must Have:
  • Apply general services strategy and Facility Management framework contract.
  • Contribute to Facility Management steering and contract evolution, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Contribute to operational maintenance of equipment and manage critical situations.
  • Conduct incident analyses and implement action plans.
  • Participate in energy performance management.
  • Contribute to BIM management and updates.
  • Lead and supervise tertiary and production area redevelopment operations.
  • Analyze dashboards, incidents, complaints, and after-sales services, taking corrective measures.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upkeep, ensuring safety and RSE compliance.
  • Bac+5 degree.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in project coordination or work management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (planning, action plan, load/capacity, risk management).
  • Competence in monitoring operations/site management/maintenance team activity.
  • Proficiency in computer drawing/CAD tools.
  • Knowledge of personal and property safety, environment, and energy performance.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Team spirit and ability to unite around common objectives.
  • Organized, rigorous, and capable of managing priorities.

Your daily life

Within the Pays de la Loire region, our site specializes in the integration of identification equipment integrated on aeronautical platforms and naval communication systems. The site's activity, mainly industrial, covers the entire product life cycle, from the design phase to customer support.

Apply the general services strategy and the Facility Management framework contract by seeking the best balance between service requirements and financial capacities.

Contribute to the steering of Facility Management and participate in the evolution of existing contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreement).

Contribute to the operational maintenance of equipment and manage critical situations in case of an accident, conduct incident analyses, and implement resulting action plans.

Participate in energy performance management.

Contribute to the management and updating of BIM (digital twin of the site).

Lead and supervise redevelopment operations for tertiary areas and/or production spaces.

Analyze dashboards, incidents, complaints, and after-sales services, and take corrective measures.

Perform routine maintenance and upkeep, ensuring the safety of people and property and taking into account the Group's CSR requirements.

Your profile

Graduated with a Bac+5, you have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in project coordination or work management.

You master project management tools: planning, action plan, load/capacity, risk management, and are competent in monitoring the activity of an operations/site management/maintenance team.

You master computer drawing/CAD tools and have knowledge of personal and property safety, as well as environment and energy performance.

You have a strong customer culture and are concerned with the notion of commitment.

You are recognized for your team spirit and your ability to unite around common objectives.

You are organized, rigorous, and capable of managing priorities.
