We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of our products. The Product Owner will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that product features meet customer needs and align with business goals. As a Software Product Owner within the IBS R&D team, you will maximize the value of multiple products developed by the team, contributing to the marketing vision of governmental services based on secure document issuance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, and manage product requirements, prioritize backlog, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality items.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog for multiple products.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, design, marketing, and sales.
- Ensure clear communication of product goals and progress to all stakeholders.
- Participate and drive Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between technical, marketing, and customer teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner, preferably in secure document or government-related product environments.
- Strong Agile methodology knowledge and experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and marketing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Passion for contributing to e-government and secure document issuance solutions.
