Job Description

Two Circles is seeking a Consultant of Partnership Strategy to focus on analytical solutions for rights holders and brand clients, primarily using the KORE Intelligence Platform. This role involves driving strategic business decisions through reporting and data strategies within a fast-paced team. Responsibilities include advising clients on market trends, measurement, and growth opportunities, managing partnerships, and ensuring project delivery. The consultant will also provide dynamic measurement and reporting, develop SQL scripts, and design Tableau dashboards to inform business decisions.
Good To Have:
  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience with R, Python, and/or another statistical programming language a plus.
Must Have:
  • Leverage relationships and knowledge to create strategies that drive brand value and business results for clients and partners.
  • Curate strategy for clients based upon market trends, measurement, value drivers, and potential opportunities.
  • Identify the value and objectives for clients, and curate strategy around positioning offerings in the marketplace.
  • Facilitate work to inform strategy for key partner programs and identify growth opportunities for renewals and negotiations.
  • Lead day-to-day management of select partnerships, working directly with client team members and executing deliverables.
  • Measure and analyze data points, providing strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are produced according to SOW, on-time, and aligned with client expectations and budgets.
  • Provide partners with dynamic measurement and reporting across key metrics, demonstrating performance.
  • Develop intricate SQL scripts utilizing relational and disparate data sets to drive business decisions.
  • Help implement the data analytics vision for business decision making through Tableau dashboard design for clients.
  • Monitor trends in the sports, entertainment, and technology landscapes to keep team members and executives up to date.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3+ years of business strategy, consulting, or agency experience.
  • 1+ year(s) experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
  • Experience with SQL is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly with PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Knowledge of sponsorship and the sports industry.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in both a written and verbal context.
  • Attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, and ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
  • Ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal direction.

We are hiring a Consultant of Partnership Strategy that will focus on current and future projects for rights holders and brand clients. The focus will be on analytical solutions involving the KORE Intelligence Platform to drive strategic business decisions through reporting and other data strategies. You would be joining a fast paced team, trusted by rightsholders and brands to deliver impact and value.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Advisory

  • Leverage our deep relationships and knowledge base with agencies, brands, rights holders, and consumers across the globe to create strategies that drive both brand value and business results for our clients and their partners.
  • Curate strategy for clients based upon market trends, measurement, value drivers, potential opportunities etc.
  • Identify the value and objectives for clients, and curate strategy around positioning an offerings in the marketplace
  • Facilitate the work to inform the strategy for key partner programs, and identification of growth opportunities to be used in renewals and negotiations.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of business strategy, consulting, or agency experience (preferably in the sports/entertainment industry)
  • 1+ year(s) experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
  • Experience with SQL is required.
  • Experience with R, Python, and/or another statistical programming language a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills
  • Knowledge of sponsorship and the sports industry
