This role involves deep understanding of client business processes and requirements, translating them into technical specifications and architecture designs. It includes analyzing existing systems for optimization, planning cross-system integration (ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, Data Platform, AI, Cloud), and assisting in transforming business challenges into system solutions. The consultant will also plan functional modules, system interfaces, data flows, and technical documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS), support pre-sales activities, optimize enterprise business processes, and collaborate with teams to ensure solutions align with business strategy and technical feasibility. Additionally, the role involves business development, identifying opportunities, client relationship management, proposal writing, market analysis, and supporting commercial negotiations.
Good To Have:- Experience as a system analyst, technical consultant, or solution architect
- Experience in cross-system integration or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Familiarity with data integration, API design, RPA, automation, or AI implementation
- Pre-sales/bidding experience (opportunity discovery, proposal writing, PoC, effort estimation and quotation)
- Familiar with enterprise procurement or government bidding processes, SOW/contract terms and risk control
- Experience in business case modeling, value engineering, design thinking, or workshop facilitation
- Industry domain knowledge (e.g., manufacturing, finance, high-tech, retail/consumer goods, public services)

- Collaborate with consulting and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business strategy and technical feasibility
- Support technical communication and quality review during project execution
- Identify and incubate business opportunities, maintain client relationships and pipeline
- Participate in pre-sales needs exploration, build value propositions and ROI/TCO narratives
- Plan and write proposals/bidding documents (effort estimation, WBS, cost and quotation, risks/assumptions, SOW scope)
- Conduct competitive and market analysis, combine with cloud/product partners to build overall solutions
- Support business negotiations and contract review
- Track project and business performance indicators
- 5+ years of system analysis, system design, or enterprise system implementation experience
- Good business process understanding and system architecture thinking
- Familiar with common enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SCM, HR, Finance, Data Platform, etc.)
- Able to write system requirements and design documents
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Familiar with SDLC or Agile project processes
- Business acumen, able to convert technical solutions into business value and financial benefits
- Proposal and presentation skills, able to communicate and influence mid-to-senior stakeholders
- Basic estimation and quotation skills, able to break down project duration/costs and propose feasible delivery plans
- Good written and spoken Chinese and English skills
