Job Description

As a Consulting Delivery Enablement lead at Beghou Consulting, you will play a critical execution and coordination role within the India Consulting Group. Reporting directly to the India Consulting Head, you will act as the operational right-hand, ensuring momentum, follow-through, and high-impact execution across a wide set of organizational priorities. This high-visibility, fast-paced role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong project management capabilities, and a bias for action, partnering closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Training, and senior consulting leadership to translate strategic goals into ground-level execution.
Must have:
  • Support the India Consulting Head in driving key org-wide priorities across growth, talent, training, and engagement
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across HR, TA, Training, and Operations teams
  • Track, maintain visibility, and follow-through on multi-stream initiatives
  • Partner with TA and vendors to track hiring velocity and support alternate staffing models
  • Help identify and anticipate gaps in staffing pipelines and partner with relevant teams
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor hiring, staffing, and bench dynamics for the consulting group
  • Drive execution of upskilling initiatives and internal job rotations across teams and practice areas
  • Work with consulting leadership and training teams to build and schedule high-impact development programs
  • Track and report on participation, progress, and outcomes from learning and mobility programs
  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of leadership visits, including cross-location travel and team events
  • Partner with HR to build and sustain high-quality engagement programming for the consulting team
  • Ensure feedback loops and tangible action from leadership connects, townhalls, and engagement activities
  • 5–7 years of experience in project/program management, business operations, or strategy execution roles
  • Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects and tracking multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including comfort working with senior leadership
  • High attention to detail with ability to drive clarity, remove ambiguity, and deliver with urgency
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset and ability to take initiative independently

Purpose of Job

As a Consulting Delivery Enablement lead, you will play a critical execution and coordination role within the India Consulting Group. Reporting directly to the India Consulting Head, you will act as the operational right-hand, ensuring momentum, follow-through, and high-impact execution across a wide set of organizational priorities. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role that requires cross-functional collaboration, strong project management capabilities, and a bias for action.

You will partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Training, and senior consulting leadership to translate strategic goals into ground-level execution. Your ability to prioritize, mobilize teams, and proactively remove roadblocks will directly contribute to the growth and effectiveness of the India Consulting organization.

We’ll trust you to:

  • Consulting Team Enablement & Cross-functional Coordination
  • Support the India Consulting Head in driving key org-wide priorities across growth, talent, training, and engagement
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across HR, TA, Training, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
  • Track, maintain visibility, and follow-through on multi-stream initiatives (e.g., global transfers, onboarding, job rotations, cross-pollination programs)
  • Hiring and Staffing Enablement
  • Partner with TA and vendors to track hiring velocity and support alternate staffing models such as staff augmentation or external contracting
  • Help identify and anticipate gaps in staffing pipelines and partner with relevant teams to resolve bottlenecks
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor hiring, staffing, and bench dynamics for the consulting group
  • Upskilling, Job Rotations & Talent Mobility
  • Drive execution of upskilling initiatives and internal job rotations across teams and practice areas
  • Work with consulting leadership and training teams to build and schedule high-impact development programs
  • Track and report on participation, progress, and outcomes from learning and mobility programs
  • Training, Engagement & Leadership Visits
  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of leadership visits, including cross-location travel and team events
  • Partner with HR to build and sustain high-quality engagement programming for the consulting team
  • Ensure feedback loops and tangible action from leadership connects, townhalls, and engagement activities

You’ll need to have:

  • Experience & Skills
  • 5–7 years of experience in project/program management, business operations, or strategy execution roles, preferably in consulting, HR operations, or fast-paced corporate environments
  • Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects and tracking multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including comfort working with senior leadership
  • High attention to detail with ability to drive clarity, remove ambiguity, and deliver with urgency
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset and ability to take initiative independently
  • Technical & Professional Skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com is a plus
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment with cross-location teams (India + US)
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
