We Are Social, a creative agency born from the social web era, is recruiting a Social Media Content Creator for one of its clients, a leading player in mass distribution. Reporting to the creative team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for the client's platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), including conception, writing, and native editing. You will identify trends and opportunities for the brand, proposing and producing reactive content, and also be involved in appearing in some of the content. You will ensure the social and creative excellence of the account from conception to publication and conduct daily monitoring of social networks, particularly within the mass distribution industry. The ability to understand and embody the brand's creative strategy and tone of voice is essential.
Must have:

- Appear in content (facecam)
- Ensure social and creative excellence
- Daily social media monitoring
- Understand brand strategy and tone of voice
Good to have:
- Native editing using CapCut/TikTok/Reels

Vos missions :
Sous la responsabilité de l’équipe créative, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :
- Créer - en binôme avec un.e Directeur.ice Artistique - des contenus créatifs et engageants au quotidien pour les plateformes de notre client (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook et YouTube) : conception, rédaction, montage natif si nécessaire sur CapCut/TikTok/Reels
- Repérer les tendances/opportunités pour la marque et proposer, concevoir et produire des contenus réactifs pertinents de façon hebdomadaire (bonne connaissance des trends)
- Incarnation d’une partie des contenus, en facecam, à l’agence ou en extérieur
- Être responsable de l'excellence sociale et créative du compte, de la conception à la publication
- Réaliser une veille quotidienne des réseaux sociaux, en particulier autour de l’industrie de la grande distribution.
- Capacité à comprendre et à faire vivre la stratégie créative et le tone of voice propre à la marque
