Job Description

We are looking for a Paid Media Manager (m/f/d) for an 18-month fixed-term contract in Munich or Berlin to support the planning and implementation for a key client in various European markets. This role focuses on the daily execution of the paid media strategy to ensure excellence and performance, aiming to create real value for our clients and We Are Social. You will work closely with the extended media team and a Senior Media Manager to develop, optimize, and consistently implement best practices for full-funnel paid media.

Must Have:
  • 2-4 years of practical experience in Paid Media with sound knowledge of the Paid Media and E-commerce sector across various channels, goals, and strategies.
  • Proven experience in implementing multi-channel and multi-objective campaigns, especially in Paid Social, for both awareness and performance goals.
  • Experience in budget control and campaign optimization to achieve KPIs such as reach, brand awareness, ROAS, or revenue.
  • Good knowledge of key social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Analytics and Performance measurement, combined with the ability to effectively use data for optimization and reporting.
  • Proven experience in the flawless and error-free implementation of digital campaigns.

In this role, your focus will be on the daily implementation of the paid media strategy to ensure excellence and performance, with the goal of creating real value for our clients and We Are Social. You will work closely with the extended media team and a Senior Media Manager to develop, optimize, and consistently implement best practices for full-funnel paid media.

Requirements

What does the role involve?

  • Implementation and support in the development of integrated media strategies and cross-channel media plans that support business goals across the entire funnel – from brand awareness to conversions.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration to realize campaigns of high quality and measurable success.
  • Responsibility for the flawless setup, maintenance, and optimization of campaigns using current industry standards.
  • Support in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in daily business.
  • Promotion of innovation and experimentation by exploring new platforms, technologies, and channels to identify potential for better campaign performance early on.
  • Contribution to the optimization of internal processes and efficient working methods within the team.
  • Support in building and maintaining relationships with publishers and providers to ensure the use of the latest advertising products and technologies.

What are we looking for?

  • 2–4 years of practical experience in Paid Media with sound knowledge of the Paid Media and E-commerce sector – across various channels, goals, and strategies.
  • Proven experience in implementing multi-channel and multi-objective campaigns, especially in Paid Social, for both awareness and performance goals.
