Job Description

We Are Social Amsterdam is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This role involves connecting leading brands with relevant creators, ensuring authentic collaborations and impactful campaigns. The manager will support the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager in planning and delivering campaigns across various clients and platforms, from talent research and outreach to day-to-day execution and content creation. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder with a passion for social media, creator culture, and storytelling, capable of turning creative ideas into engaging content that resonates culturally.
Must Have:
  • Support the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager in planning and delivering campaigns across multiple clients and platforms.
  • Research talent and coordinate outreach.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign delivery.
  • Help turn creative ideas into content that people actually care about.
  • Supported the development of influencer marketing partnerships across various client accounts, ensuring alignment with objectives and KPIs.
  • Overseen the full campaign lifecycle, from research and planning to execution and reporting.
  • Built and maintained strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and key client stakeholders.
  • Collaborated closely with Creative, Strategy, and Research & Insight teams to deliver campaigns.
  • Optimized influencer budgets, negotiating competitive rates to maximize campaign value.
  • Led client presentations, providing insights and updates on campaign progress and results.

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. You’ll be part of a growing group of creative minds connecting brands with the right creators and ensuring those collaborations resonate in culture.

In this role, you’ll support the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager in planning and delivering campaigns across multiple clients and platforms. You’ll research talent, coordinate outreach, manage day-to-day campaign delivery, and help turn creative ideas into content that people actually care about.

Requirements

What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere

  • Supported the development of influencer marketing partnerships across various client accounts, ensuring alignment with objectives and KPIs.
  • Worked within a team of IM specialists, fostering their growth and ensuring excellence in campaign execution.
  • Overseen the full campaign lifecycle, from research and planning to execution and reporting.
  • Built and maintained strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and key client stakeholders.
  • Collaborated closely with Creative, Strategy, and Research & Insight teams to deliver campaigns that are innovative, data-driven, and measurable
  • Optimized influencer budgets, negotiating competitive rates to maximize campaign value.
  • Led client presentations, providing insights and updates on campaign progress and results.

What Else Are We Looking For?

  • A degree in media/communication sciences, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Around 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management, including managing teams and large-scale campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Expertise in creating and optimizing large-scale influencer campaign budgets, including ROI analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in using Influencer Management tools such as CreatorIQ, Sprout and other AI tools.
  • In addition to English, proficiency in either French or German.
