Our Account Management teams are a critical pillar of We Are Social, acting as the primary owners and strategic relationship leads for a client portfolio. As an Account Manager, you are tasked with driving client value and growth by overseeing the complete delivery of our core service areas: Consultancy, Strategy, and Engagement. You are the primary client contact, responsible for building strong, trust-based relationships, proactively understanding their needs, and ensuring overall satisfaction and account retention.
Your role centers on end-to-end management and flawless execution. You must take full ownership of your accounts, effectively managing project workflow, scope, resources, and guiding any supporting junior team members. You are expected to conduct business in a proactive manner, maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all communications and financial tracking, ensuring all deliverables consistently align with the client’s strategic objectives.
We do expect you to keep abreast of the industry and consume a wide variety of social media looking for emerging trends and best practices, educating not only your own team but also the wider team here at We Are Social.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Management, coordination and execution of projects.
- Provide strategic inputs on all BD initiatives
- Build and nurture strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
- Has experience working in an agency
- Ability to perform under stress to meet deadlines while still maintaining a high standard of output
- Experience owning and managing senior client relationships
- Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound
- Understand the social media universe
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to communicate results to management in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organisation skills is a must
- Fluent in Thai and English.
