Content Creator

We Are Social Madrid is seeking a Content Creator with experience in conceptualizing, creating, and managing content for social media. The role involves planning content calendars, producing native and agile content (video, stickers, GIFs, memes), engaging with users, developing campaign ideas, managing social networks, and collaborating with R&I and external profiles like influencers. A passion for pets is a plus.

Must Have

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (agency or brand)
• Excellent writing skills (scripts, Instagram copy)
• Creative thinking and strong copywriting focus
• Advanced proficiency in tools like CapCut (or similar)
• Knowledge and experience with Community Management tools
• Experience and understanding of social media metrics
• Affinity for social media and intuition for trends
• Strong organizational and task prioritization skills
• High level of English

Good to Have

• Affinity for pets (dogs and cats)

What will your day-to-day be like?

• Thinking and planning content calendars.
• Creating native and agile content in video, sticker, GIF, meme, etc. formats.
• Listening to users and proposing and developing ideas for the calendar: from the objective we want to communicate, to the copy, scripts, rationales, etc.
• Thinking and executing ideas for social media campaigns.
• Managing social networks, publishing and interacting with the community, making quantitative and/or qualitative reports, etc.
• Creating new formats, narratives, and creative proposals.
• Browsing social networks and knowing when it is necessary to "jump on" the latest trend.
• Collaborating with the R&I team to implement content improvements.
• Interacting and collaborating with external profiles such as influencers or content producers.

Requirements

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar role, either in an agency or brand.
• Excellent writing skills, from a script to an IG copy.
• Creative thinking and ability, with a strong focus on copywriting.
• Advanced handling of tools like CapCut (or similar).
• Knowledge and experience with Community Management tools.
• Experience and understanding of social media metrics.
• Affinity with the social media environment and intuition to detect trends.
• Organization and task prioritization.
• High level of English.
