Foundation Health is transforming healthcare with an AI-powered digital pharmacy platform. They are seeking a Content Marketing Manager for their GTM team to support marketing and sales by producing high-quality, engaging content across key channels. This role involves communicating the value of products and services to B2B stakeholders, including health systems and insurance providers, and creating content that supports demand generation, sales enablement, and brand awareness.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in the healthtech or pharmacy sector.
  • A working knowledge of the US healthcare system and its key stakeholders (e.g., payers, providers, pharma, consumer health brands).
Must Have:
  • Monitor news outlets, company announcements, social media, and industry updates for timely content opportunities.
  • Manage and grow Foundation Health’s presence on LinkedIn, website, email campaigns, and conference materials.
  • Write and edit engaging, on-brand content for multiple formats, including thought leadership, product messaging, case studies, one-pagers, sales collateral, and pitch decks.
  • Translate complex or technical healthcare concepts into clear, accessible, value-driven messaging for different stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the GTM team to ensure content and collateral align with campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Foundation Health's brand voice, values, and identity.
  • 3-5 years of content marketing experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a track record of producing compelling content for professional audiences.
  • Curiosity and resourcefulness in sourcing timely content ideas from industry trends and external news.
  • Familiarity with AI writing tools, with an eagerness to use them responsibly to improve efficiency and targeting.
  • Ability to tailor technical or product concepts into engaging messages that resonate with healthcare stakeholders.
  • Experience managing content across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, website, sales collateral).
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working alongside sales and product teams to align content with GTM goals.
  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn analytics, Google Analytics, or CRM platforms, and interest in applying data-driven insights to improve engagement.

The Role:

We're seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our GTM team. Reporting into the Sales function, this role will focus on supporting our marketing and sales efforts by producing high-quality, engaging content across key channels.

The role will assist in communicating the value of our products and services to a range of B2B stakeholders, including health systems, insurance providers, pharmaceutical companies and consumer health brands. You’ll play a key role in creating content that supports demand generation, sales enablement, and brand awareness.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Content Sourcing: Monitor news outlets, company announcements, social media, and industry updates to identify relevant stories, trends, and opportunities for timely content.
  • Channel Management: Manage and grow Foundation Health’s presence on LinkedIn, our website, email campaigns, and conference materials.
  • Content Creation: Write and edit engaging, on-brand content for multiple formats, including thought leadership, product messaging, case studies, one-pagers, sales collateral, and pitch decks.
  • Message Tailoring: Translate complex or technical healthcare concepts into clear, accessible, value-driven messaging for different stakeholders, including health system decision-makers and commercial audiences.
  • GTM Support: Collaborate with the GTM team to ensure content and collateral align with campaigns and sales strategies, supporting awareness and commercial conversations.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with Foundation Health's brand voice, values, and identity.

We're Looking For Someone With:

  • 3-5 years of content marketing experience in a B2B or SaaS environment
