This new product is designed to engage and inspire the next generation of developers to create new products and services – without any code at all.

About the role:

We’re now looking for an experienced and creative Content Strategist to join the JetBrains Matterhorn team and lead and execute content initiatives for Kineto, our platform for app generation.

In this role, you’ll help Kineto win the hearts of creators through relevant, emotional, effective, and viral content. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to significantly expand the market share of our new product. The market is extremely competitive and requires smart moves, creative thinking, and bold content – for our own channels and beyond.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a comprehensive content marketing strategy, supervise content for our channels, and drive creative ideas on relevant content platforms for creators.

You’ll have a direct impact on one of JetBrains’ most important strategic initiatives, with the freedom to experiment with bold, innovative ideas. You’ll work on a product in one of the fastest-evolving markets today, anchored in tangible, product-related goals.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and lead the content marketing strategy across all owned channels, ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience needs.
  • Shape and maintain a consistent tone of voice that reflects the brand’s personality and resonates with target audiences across touchpoints.
  • Plan, create, and supervise content for owned platforms – including blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media – ensuring clarity, originality, and engagement.
  • Write and edit high-quality content that supports both awareness and conversion goals, collaborating closely with product marketing, design, and communications teams.
  • Design and execute content calendars that integrate storytelling with data-driven insights to drive measurable results.
  • Identify and manage opportunities on third-party content platforms (e.g. Medium, partner blogs, industry publications) to expand reach, visibility, and organic discovery.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, using metrics to refine strategy, optimize reach, and improve audience engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all messaging.
  • Stay on top of content marketing trends, audience behavior, and industry best practices to keep the brand’s content relevant, fresh, and impactful.

We’ll be happy to have you on our team if you:

  • Have 7+ years of hands-on experience in content creation, editorial production, or content strategy for product, media, or B2C brands.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in and understanding of the AI and tech industry.
  • Show deep understanding of owned and earned content ecosystems, including SEO, distribution platforms, and storytelling for digital audiences.
  • Are comfortable working both strategically and tactically – from developing content frameworks to writing and editing day-to-day materials.
  • Possess excellent editorial judgment and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
