Job Description

The Continuous Improvement Process Engineer is responsible for analyzing and optimizing processes to increase efficiency and quality while reducing costs, utilizing methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Key duties include identifying problems, collecting and analyzing data, implementing solutions, training staff, and documenting processes. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Must have:
  • University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Process Engineering or related field
  • Advanced English
  • Implementation of Engineering Projects based on Continuous Improvement
  • PPAP Development
  • Process Standardization
  • Training and Education
  • Data Analysis
  • Change Management
  • Audits and Compliance
  • Problem Solving / 8D Formal
  • Leadership
  • Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
  • Advanced knowledge in Lean Manufacturing: 5S, SMED, VSM, Kanban, Poka-Yoke
  • Proficiency in statistical tools (Minitab, JMP, advanced Excel)
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Adaptability and proactiveness in the face of challenges
