Cable Cutting Technician Zac I

The Cable Cutting Technician Zac I will be responsible for implementing and validating engineering changes in the cable cutting area. This includes documenting modifications, coordinating with various departments, performing technical adjustments on machinery, training staff on new procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves hands-on technical work and cross-functional collaboration.

Must Have

• Implement engineering changes in the cable cutting area according to established procedures, as well as service orders, engineering samples, etc.
• Validate and document modifications in CAO, work instructions, and process parameters.
• Coordinate with process engineering, quality, and maintenance to ensure the correct execution of changes.
• Perform validation tests and technical adjustments on cutting machinery.
• Train operating personnel on new procedures derived from the changes.
• Record and report test results, incidents, and observed improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during the implementation of changes.
