The Contracts Manager will systematically and efficiently manage contracts, focusing on creation and execution to maximize commercial and operational performance. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, developing contract solutions to minimize risk and provide value to Philips and its customers. Responsibilities include evaluating and negotiating various sales/service contracts, supporting RFP/RFI/RFQ processes, and ensuring contractual documents align with company policies. The manager will also advise field teams on contractual rights and obligations, interpret terms, and identify solutions.
Good To Have:
  • Previous experience working on RFPs desired.
  • Bilingual candidates in French and English preferred.
  • Experience with Saleforce.com (SFDC) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools (preferred, with the ability to learn quickly).

  • Provide support to the customer fulfillment and proposal team for Request for Proposal’s (RFPs), Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quotes (RFQs).
  • Recommend and implement improvements of policies and process that will ensure that proposals and contractual documents are aligned with company's business controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Advise field teams and management of contractual rights, obligations, providing interpretation of terms and conditions identifying solutions.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Sales, Contract Management or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.
  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Law or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Contracts Manager

Systematically and efficiently managing contracts (creation and execution) and ensuring maximizing commercial and operational performance. This position is a contract opportunity, currently scheduled to conclude in July 2026 (with potential to extend depending on business need).

Your role:

  • Act as a trusted advisor partnering with stakeholders to create contract solutions to minimize risk, provide value to Philips and our customers, while working with field personnel and internal departments to evaluate and negotiate contracts for sales/service (i.e., capital, consumables, Software as a Service (SaaS), service, consulting, etc.) as well as other related documents.
  • Provide support to the customer fulfillment and proposal team for Request for Proposal’s (RFPs), Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quotes (RFQs), while recommending and implementing improvements of policies and process that will ensure that proposals and contractual documents are aligned with company's business controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Advising field teams and management of contractual rights, obligations, providing interpretation of terms and conditions identifying solutions, as well as completing other projects as assigned such as continuous process improvement and working with stakeholders to review and update templates and tools.

You're the right fit if:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Sales, Contract Management or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree
  • Previous experience working on RFPs desired. Bilingual candidates in French and English preferred.
  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Law or equivalent.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • Your skills include proficiency in MS Office; Saleforce.com (SFDC), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools (preferred, with the ability to learn quickly).

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $74,411.00 to $138,192.00. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, DC Pension, Flex Dollars (for HSA/PSA/RRSP), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
