Responsibilities:

 

Playtika is seeking an experienced attorney to join our strong legal department and be part of a rapidly growing tech company and advise on a variety of commercial legal and regulatory aspects.

This position suits you if you are talented, highly motivated, self-starter who enjoys working in a high level, dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.  A successful candidate will have experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements of Hi-Tech companies with business orientation.

In this challenging position, you will be part of the commercial division of Playtika’s Legal Department and advise the company’s business units world-wide.

This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge issues in a highly professional environment where your work will have a direct impact on our rapidly growing business.

  • Work directly with Playtika’s business teams/studios and sites world-wide to advise on wide variety of commercial and regulatory issues.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts with company's international suppliers, such as services agreements, licensing agreements, outsourcing agreements, consulting agreements, IT agreements, marketing agreements, etc.
  • Develop strong understanding of the company’s business and provide timely, practical, business-oriented legal advice and recommendations to the business units.
  • Monitor and provide guidance on applicable laws and the industry practice.
  • Develop and maintain company contract templates, business processes and internal policies to help scale the business.
  • Take part of the legal and business decision making of Playtika group.
  • Managing and leading projects involving legal and various business units.  

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of legal experience working in a Hi-Tech, International or Commercial department of a major law firm in Israel, or as an in-house lawyer in a legal department of a global Hi-Tech company.
  • High level of professionalism, analytical, detail oriented, multi-tasking capabilities and 'can do' attitude - ability to manage, prioritize and support multiple matters simultaneously for different stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently review, draft and close commercial and technology related agreements (services agreements, licensing agreements, outsourcing agreements, consulting agreements, NDA) with minimal support.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, organizational skills, team player and good interpersonal skills.
  • Pro-active, organized, responsible, self-driven and highly motivated to contribute to the success of the company.
  • Ability to comfortably work in a global organization with multicultural environment.
  • English native speaker or mother tongue command of English - A MUST
  • Experience in advising on AI and open source code licenses – A MUST
  • Experience in advising online gaming companies – Advantage
