This Country Coordinator role involves supervising staff in the ATL (Above The Line) planning department. Must have:
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the ATL planning team
  • Ensure national advertising campaigns align with overall company objectives
  • Develop and implement media strategies to maximize ATL advertising impact
  • Work closely with the creative team for consistent and effective messages
  • Oversee and manage the ATL media budget
  • Evaluate and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Conduct market research to guide strategic and tactical planning
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, marketing) for business alignment
  • Facilitate communication between local and regional/global teams
  • Monitor and evaluate ATL campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Present reports and analyses on campaign impact and efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in ATL advertising
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong understanding of traditional media trends and ability to integrate with digital approaches
  • Ability to interpret complex data into effective action strategies
  • Demonstrated team leadership skills, including motivation and staff development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Negotiation skills for terms and contracts with agencies and media providers

Overview

Supervises staff in the ATL (Above The Line) planning department. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive and creative ATL (Above The Line) communication strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the traditional media landscape, strong analytical experience, and a proven track record of success in creating effective media plans that achieve client marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

1. Supervision and Leadership:

  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the ATL planning team.
  • Ensure national advertising campaigns align with overall company objectives.

2. Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement media strategies to maximize the impact of ATL advertising, such as television, radio, and print.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure messages are consistent and effective.

3. Budget Management:

  • Oversee and manage the ATL media budget, ensuring optimal utilization of financial resources.

4. Market Analysis:

  • Evaluate and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Conduct market research to guide strategic and tactical planning.

5. Interdepartmental Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure alignment with business strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between local and regional/global teams.

6. Performance Evaluation:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of ATL campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
  • Present reports and analyses on the impact and efficiency of campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or a related field; a master's degree may be advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in ATL advertising, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of traditional media trends and ability to integrate with digital approaches.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and convert it into effective action strategies.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated team leadership skills, including staff motivation and development.
