As the CPQ Product Owner & Salesforce Architect at Uniphore, you will lead the quote-to-cash process, focusing on DealHub implementation and architectural improvements in subscriptions, contracts, consumption, and orders. This Senior Manager role involves collaborating with various operations teams to design and automate CPQ processes, enhance sales satisfaction with quoting, and drive efficiency through Salesforce Sales Cloud integrations. You will own the CPQ vision and roadmap, execute sprints, and troubleshoot system performance, leveraging AI to streamline quoting.

  • Experience with post-acquisition migration of firms into salesforce / CPQ tools is preferred.
  • Experience with AI/ML agentic is preferred.
Must Have:
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, & CX on the design of our quote to cash process (DealHub/Sales Cloud) interfacing with our ERP for billings.
  • Own the vision and roadmap for CPQ to reduce time spent per quote and increase sales satisfaction with quoting.
  • Execute sprints that automate CPQ processes including design, build, and testing.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations teams for UAT testing, pricing, and approval processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance Operations on end-to-end testing for invoicing.
  • Collaborate with Product Operations on the setup of new SKU / Pricing for product launch processes.
  • Work on enhancements and data integrations of third-party applications with Salesforce Sales Cloud that drive efficiency and productivity for sales.
  • Configure salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process automation, and validation rules to support business needs.
  • Execute office hours with sales reps to identify enhancements and pain points.
  • Leverage AI within the quoting process to make quoting easier / faster for sales.
  • Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure stability and UX performance.
  • 5+ years of Configuration Pricing and Quoting experience.
  • 5+ years working in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Experience in Enterprise sales business selling multi-year TCV deals $1M+.
  • Experience with consumption-based business models.

Your Career

As the CPQ Product Owner & Salesforce Architect, you'll be the key leader focused on our quote to cash process. This role is at the Senior Manager level and will report to the Vice President of Revenue Operations. The role will work closely with Product Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, CX Operations, & Renewal Operations.

We are looking for an elite individual with deep Configuration, Pricing, & Quoting (CPQ) to act as the product owner for our DealHub implementation. You will be responsible for creating both the vision and executing day to day projects / improvements that maximize automation and the user experience. In addition to CPQ this individual will also work on architectural improvements in subscriptions, contracts, consumption, and orders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, & CX on the design of our quote to cash process (DealHub/Sales Cloud) interfacing with our ERP for billings.

Experience

  • 5+ years of Configuration Pricing and Quoting experience ideally with 3+ years of DealHub, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, etc.
  • 5+ years working in Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Experience in Enterprise sales business selling multi-year TCV deals $1M+
  • Experience with consumption-based business models
  • Experience with post-acquisition migration of firms into salesforce / CPQ tools is preferred
  • Experience with AI/ML agentic is preferred

The position is in Palo Alto, CA.-hybrid onsite 2 days week

Hiring Range:

$154,400 - $212,300 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo Alto

The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
