About the Role
To support our continued growth and scale, we are seeking an innovative and accomplished leader to build and lead both the Enterprise Architecture and Integration Delivery functions in a fast-paced, SaaS-driven environment. This newly created role will establish a Center of Enablement (CoE) for integrations across IT and business systems.
You will own the strategy, planning, design, delivery, and operational management of enterprise architecture and integration platforms - driving seamless connectivity across our technology ecosystem. Positioned at the intersection of strategic architecture and hands-on delivery, this role will enable scalable, secure, and interconnected business systems that power our long-term growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the Enterprise Architecture practice, defining standards, governance frameworks, and review boards to drive enterprise-wide consistency and alignment across all business applications and platforms.
- Design, build, and manage enterprise integration platforms that connect multiple enterprise and engineering applications, enabling workflow automation and streamlining end-to-end business processes (e.g., Idea-to-Offering, Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire, Incident-to-Resolution).
- Oversee integration budgets, including tooling, platform investments, and resource allocation, ensuring cost optimization and measurable value delivery.
- Provide vision and strategy to ensure scalability of systems, processes, and talent across the organization.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of solution architects and integration engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive integration solution design across the enterprise using modern SaaS and cloud integration technologies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and SaaS platforms, driving security, rationalization, and modernization initiatives while ensuring compliance with SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and IAM standards (Azure AD/Okta).
- Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end technology landscape, spanning master data, transactional systems, and analytics.
- Assess current tools and scalability, identify gaps, and lead the evaluation and selection of integration and architecture solutions that support organizational growth.
- Collaborate with key business and technology stakeholders to define and maintain roadmaps aligned with both strategic and operational priorities.
- Lead architecture and provide technical oversight for large transformational initiatives and provide technical oversight and guidance to developers working on multiple projects
- Develop and maintain business architecture artifacts to improve agility and innovation.
- Define, publish, and communicate architecture and integration standards, frameworks, principles, and roadmaps.
- Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers supporting integration initiatives.
- Establish consistent metrics to measure data quality and solution effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience defining enterprise architecture, mapping systems, creating actionable roadmaps, and delivering enterprise-scale applications, integrations, and cloud-centric solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) Expertise: Hands-on experience with platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, or Dell Boomi.
- Enterprise Delivery: Proven track record leading large-scale implementations across ERP (Workday, NetSuite), HRIS (Workday), CRM/CPQ/Billing (Salesforce, DealHub), ITSM (Freshservice), Collaboration (O365), Security (CrowdStrike, Automox), and Analytics (Snowflake, Tableau).
- SaaS Rationalization & Cost Optimization: Demonstrated success streamlining enterprise SaaS portfolios to reduce cost and maximize ROI.
- Business Process Excellence: Expertise in process design, data lifecycle governance, and operational best practices.
- Leadership: Proven ability to build and mentor high-performing architecture and integration teams.
- Execution: Strong track record delivering results in agile, fast-paced environments.
- Collaboration: Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
- Certifications (preferred): TOGAF, MuleSoft Architect, ITIL, Azure/AWS Architecture.
