Creative Designer (Exterior / Interior)

This role is for a Creative Designer focusing on automotive exterior and interior design. The designer will be responsible for creating highly emotional and industry-leading design proposals, developing design solutions from concept to final surface release, and executing designs for vehicle programs while meeting product definitions, timing, and cost targets. The position requires strong organizational, collaborative, and strategic skills, along with an inspiring attitude and a good understanding of the GPDS process.

Must Have

• Create and develop highly emotional, industry-leading exterior design proposals.
• Develop design solutions from concept to final surface release for Exterior Design projects.
• Execute exterior/interior designs of vehicle programs meeting product definition, timing, and cost targets.
• Create Design Vision models for relevant Design DNA Quadrants.
• Efficiently use company resources by applying digital/analog tools to create exterior design proposals.
• Support senior management reviews with 2D and 3D exterior design proposals.
• Develop appropriate presentations for senior management reviews.
• Utilize appropriate technologies to deliver best-in-class Exteriors / Interiors.
• Develop all programs to the given timing plans.
• Work closely with the Manager and Chief Designer to ensure all deliverables are on target.

• Execute exterior / interior designs of vehicle programs meeting the product definition, timing and cost targets

• Efficient use of company resources by applying digital/analog tools to create exterior design proposals
• Support of senior management reviews with 2 and 3D exterior design proposals
• Develop appropriate presentations for senior management reviews
• Using appropriate technologies to deliver best in class Exteriors / Interiors
• Develop all programs to the given timing plans
