  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals.
  • Provide constructive feedback and foster a collaborative working environment.

1. Project Oversight:

  • Manage the execution of all visual content, including branding, advertising campaigns, digital assets, and more.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and creativity.

1. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive campaigns.
  • Liaise with clients or internal teams to understand project requirements and expectations.

1. Quality Assurance:

  • Maintain high standards for visual output across all projects.
  • Conduct reviews and approvals of designs, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

1. Budget and Resource Management:

  • Manage budgets for creative projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Source and manage external vendors, freelancers, or agencies when needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

1. Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in art direction or a similar role, with a proven track record of leading creative teams.

1. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and 3D design is a plus.
