We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to lead strategic HR initiatives, employee engagement, and talent management. This role involves close collaboration with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives, fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce. The manager will drive change management, talent acquisition, performance management, and ensure HR compliance, contributing significantly to the company's success through people-centric strategies.

  • Design and execute programs to enhance employee retention and motivation.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and company guidelines.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics, providing insights to drive decision-making.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D teams to design development programs.
  • Support leadership development and upskilling initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and present HR metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership:

Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and workforce needs.

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

Drive change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Talent Management & Workforce Planning:

Identify talent gaps and workforce planning needs, working on hiring and succession planning.

Support recruitment efforts by partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent.

Lead performance management cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and career development plans.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

Drive employee engagement initiatives and improve workplace culture.

Experience in handling complex employee relations issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role.

Experience in Digital Marketing is a plus.
