- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file/print services.
- Maintain data backup, recovery systems, and disaster recovery planning.
- Manage virtual environments using VMware/Hyper-V.
- Monitor system logs, performance metrics, and alerts.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users and other IT staff.
- Implement and enforce IT policies and security protocols.
- Patch and upgrade operating systems and software regularly.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support.
- Maintain documentation of systems and processes.
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our software, hardware, networks, and IT infrastructure. You should have a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring system reliability, and managing security protocols efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
Strong experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Proficiency in server and network configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
Solid knowledge of security best practices (firewalls, antivirus, patch management).
Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
