Creative/Marketing Account Supervisor

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Creative/Marketing Account Supervisor for a hybrid opportunity in Mettawa, Illinois. This is a 12-month+ contract position with a leading company focused on developing innovative medicines and solutions for a range of health challenges.

In this role, you’ll join the Creative Account Team as the primary liaison between the in-house ad agency, vendors, and internal stakeholders. You will support corporate branding initiatives, promotional material development, and corporate compliance deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Pharma Brand Team in the development of creative briefs and recommend key promotional tactics that align with the strategy and goals of the brand.
• Review creative development during concept to completion to ensure specifications, client expectations, budgets, and timelines are being adhered to.
• Develop annual forecasts and conduct financial reconciliations.
• Be accountable for strategic direction and creative/tactical execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree required, Masters Degree preferred.
• Experience as an Account Manager within the global pharmaceutical industry.
• In-house ad agency/ad agency experience a plus.
• High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role.
• Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details.
