Overview:
We are looking for a CRM Platform Manager to drive the development of our CRM system – Hubspot – and generate actionable insights from client data. This is a hybrid role that combines system configuration and support with proactive data analysis

Key responsibilities:
CRM Operations & Support
- Receive and prioritise requests from business stakeholders (primarily Account Management and leadership)
- Configure CRM elements and workflows
- Integrate CRM with external systems (1C, Jira, Tableau), ensure data consistency and accuracy
- Provide user support, consult teams on CRM capabilities
- Maintain documentation and internal knowledge base
Data Quality & Management
- Monitor completeness and consistency of client records (segments, sources, products, activity, etc.)
- Detect and eliminate duplicates or contradictory data
- Suggest improvements to data structure and logic
Analytics & Insights
- Build client segments and reports
- Generate regular exports with interpretation for BizDev, Marketing, and Product teams
- Identify trends, anomalies, and missed opportunities (e.g., underused segments, upsell/cross-sell cases). Proactively highlight insights for decision-making
- Set up and maintain dashboards in CRM and BI tools
- Automate recurring reports (e.g., monthly KPIs, client churn, new client activity)
Requirements:
- Experience with HubSpot (setup, automation, user support) at least 1 year
- Upper-Intermediate or higher Russian and English (B2+)
- Strong data literacy: report building, validation, filtering, interpretation
- Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Proactive, structured, and detail-focused approach
