Job Summary
This role involves planning category activities with shopper and market insights to drive business and build equity. Responsibilities include daily category operations, promotion sourcing, POSM development, coordinating with Field sales for effective point-of-purchase activities, and ensuring secondary sales growth using the 6P’s. The role also requires analyzing competitive pricing, translating brand strategies into customer plans, cooperating with sales, leading S&OP input, and managing customer marketing, merchandising, and budget planning.
Must Have

- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English and local language.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Ability to travel frequently.

Job Description
- Planning for the Category activities plan with shopper and market insight to drive business and build equity.
- Running daily operation of the category, promotion sourcing, POSM development, and coordinating with Field sales to make all category activities happen effectively at point of purchase.
- Ensuring secondary sales growth using the 6P’s in priority channels and customers
- Analyzing competitive pricing strategies based on regional players
- Bringing brands to life in store – Synergizing/ translating brand strategic directions and category marketing plans to customer/channel opportunities/Plans,
- Cooperating with the sales team to land the category plan
- Leading consolidated CD input into S&OP and own S&OP output, manage and drive business performance in monthly basis
- Customer Marketing Activities, Merchandising Planning, Budget Planning
- Category/ Sales Diagnostics: Trends, Gaps, Opportunities, Issues, Trade Tactics
KPIs:
- Deliver profitable business outcomes
- Promotions/ TTS & budget management
- Distribution KPI/ COTC, Forecasting accuracy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher preferably in Business or Marketing
- Minimum two years of relevant experience (preferable in FMCG)
- Good command on both written and spoken English and local language proficiency
- Good communication skills and able to manage multiple tasks under aggressive timelines in dynamic changes
- Self-driven personality, result oriented, agile and good analytical skills
- Computer literacy esp. Microsoft Offices & Outlook
- Be able to travel upcountry frequently
