The Sales Efficiency Assistant Manager role is within the Customer Development (CDE) function, specifically the Sales Efficiency & Business Analysis team. This team drives data mining to provide analytical products for sales effectiveness, from planning to execution and measurement. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales force performance, implementing executional functions like iQ and Targeted Distribution, managing E2E Salesmen Incentive Programs, executing change management for new KPIs, participating in RTM Analytics Product projects, and driving salesmen engagement through Unow apps.
Must Have
- Monitor sales force performance and provide action recommendations.
- Implement executional functions (iQ, Salesman Task Suggestion, Targeted Distribution).
- Execute E2E Salesmen Incentive Program with investment & mechanism management.
- Monitor DT incentive/contest programs for holistic analysis.
- Execute Change Management for new execution KPIs/initiatives and data-driven upskill programs.
- Actively participate in RTM Analytics Product project team.
- Participate in Digitized Distributive Trade agenda for Demand Capture + R&A solution.
- Own & drive Salesmen engagement through Unow apps.
- University degree in Finance, Commerce or Economics or equivalent.
- 3 years relevant experience in SFE or business/sales analytics, preferably in an international company.

Job Description
Business Background
CDE is the function that owns and leverages sales information, process, system and technology to drive sales organization run productively, effectively and in support of business strategy and goal achievement.
Be an important part of CDE, Sales Efficiency & Business Analysis team has been formed to drive Data Mining Agenda in CD, aim to provide Analytic products serving effectiveness from planning to execution & measurement.
There are major themes:
(i) Sales Efficiency through managing executional KPIs/SMI design & measurement in DT, driving Data Driven Sales Capability, driving change in sales force where new RTM model implemented with multiple touch points & new way of working.
(ii) One stop shop for Performance Dashboard, Master Data Management HUB, Sales Optimized Model, Assortment.
(iii) Project executive for CD Digitalized Agenda including: EDGE (Every Day Great Execution) DT & MT, DT Transformation.
(iv) CD data strategy champion: centralize all UVN sales & execution data both internal (LW, LE UDL) & external data (MT off-take, DT Perfect Store Audit, MT Execution in stores)
(v) Data mining solution with Analytic.
Key Accountabilities
1. Monitor Sales force performance across levels on multiple operational & executional KPIs through maintaining conclusive reports and action recommendations to front-end management team for continuous improvement of targeting model and approach, map efforts with outcomes to define opportunity area & drive efficiency.
2. Implement executional functions designed such as: iQ, Salesman Task Suggestion, Targeted Distribution… through engaging with cross-function for business requirement gathering, then feed into execution model to deliver Business Unit/Category J2BD.
3. Execute E2E Salesmen Incentive Program with investment & mechanism management, operation, program evaluation & output analysis to support strategic business decision with strong process controlling, GAP evaluation & propose for redesign.
4. Monitor whole DT package of incentive/contest program (Salesman salary income, Salesman incentive, Sales Supervisor Incentive, FCS, DT contest) as linkage to provide key analysis with holistic view & correlation across programs.
5. Execute Change Management to successfully land new execution KPIs/initiatives, data-driven upskill program in DT.
6. Participate actively in RTM Analytics Product project team & leverage data platform to serve business requirement/answer business question.
7. Participate Digitized Distributive Trade agenda for Demand Capture + R&A solution.
8. Own & drive Salesmen engagement through Unow apps.

Essential Experience
- University degree in Finance, Commerce or Economics or equivalent via experience
- Relevant experience of 3 years in SFE or business/sales analytics, preferably in an international company.
