Position Overview
We are looking for a Customer Experience Campaign Manager to design and execute cross-functional initiatives that span customer segments, categories, and channels. This is a hands-on role that brings together internal resources (e.g., platform features, recommendation modules, in-app placements) and external channels (e.g., advertising, social media) to create seamless experiences that resonate with users.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders — including marketing, product, and data teams — you will drive the entire campaign lifecycle from planning, setup, and execution through to continuous improvement, with a strong focus on designing end-to-end user journeys that deliver real value.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement campaigns based on user segments and category priorities
- Utilize platform features (e.g., banners, recommendations) to enhance on-platform experiences
- Collaborate with external channels (e.g., digital ads, social media) for integrated communication flows
- Build and operate communication scenarios using internal admin systems and third-party tools (e.g., AIRES, AIQUA, Monday.com)
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (product, BI, UX, marketing, media) for project execution
- Monitor KPIs through dashboards and reporting tools, and implement improvements based on data analysis
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience in customer experience, product marketing, or related fields
- Practical experience designing and operating campaigns using behavioral or customer data
- Ability to manage and execute projects using internal admin systems and third-party tools
- Cross-functional collaboration skills across departments
- English proficiency sufficient for daily work (reading documents, participating in meetings, communicating via chat or email)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce)
- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns (e.g., SNS, paid ads)
- Working knowledge of BI tools or SQL, or the ability to direct analysis
- Experience designing integrated campaigns across internal and external channels
- Background in UX research, retention marketing, or digital product industries
