Customer Relationship Marketing Coordinator

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Customer Relationship Marketing Coordinator for a remote opportunity with a global biopharmaceutical company.

In this role, you will join the Digital Lab Interactive Visual Aid Team to manage marketing content focused on the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge digital marketing tools in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Customer Relationship Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Manage Veeva Closed Loop Marketing Interactive Visual Aid content.

• Partner with internal or external agencies when any design files need updating.

• Project manage content through the Material Review Process before handoff to the Marketing and Sales Teams.

• Create and maintain an inventory of components and template types across the enterprise enabling broad use of successful functionality, layouts, etc.

• Participate in agency feedback sessions to gain exposure to other advertising agencies using the tool.

Customer Relationship Marketing Coordinator Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Business, or Marketing.

• 5 years of experience using Veeva CLM (Closed Loop Marketing).

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Assets.

• Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus.

• Strong client service and project management skills; must have the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively.

• Excellent writing, grammatical, and proofing skills.

• Experience in pharma (preferred).
