Senior Data Analyst, Marketing

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Sr Data Analyst, Marketing for a 100% remote direct hire opportunity with a leading pest control and well-being company.

In this role, you will join the Marketing team to support Data Scientists and Marketing stakeholders in understanding and interpreting marketing data. You'll play a key part in analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and driving data-informed strategies to optimize marketing outcomes.

Sr Data Analyst, Marketing Responsibilities:

• Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in driving MQLs.

• Support development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Support A/B tests and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and website performance.

• Develop learning plans that allow for systemic improvement in website performance.

Sr Data Analyst, Marketing Qualifications:

• 5+ years of analytics experience.

• 2+ years of digital analytics experience.

• Formal education in Math, Computer Science, or a Master's in Analytics.

• Must be a strong coder and visualizer, with experience using Power BI.

• Must have strong command of SQL.

• Must have experience with statistical modeling techniques.
