Job Description

This Influencer Earned Coordinator role supports influencer-driven campaigns for a leading global toy and entertainment company. Responsibilities include researching creators, coordinating influencer gifting, and tracking campaign results to amplify brand storytelling. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, agencies, and creators to ensure seamless execution and measurable impact on a contract basis through mid-April 2026.
Good To Have:
  • Familiarity with parent/family creators or child-focused content is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and influencer management tools (e.g., Captiv8) preferred.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a team environment and brings creativity to every project.
Must Have:
  • Research, curate, and manage influencer lists for earned kits, experiences, and live events.
  • Vet creators to ensure alignment with brand values, safety guidelines, and campaign goals.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of creator gifting and seeding programs with strong attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with influencers, agencies, and vendors throughout campaign outreach and fulfillment.
  • Develop and maintain workback schedules for PR mailer send-outs.
  • Coordinate product ordering, organization, and delivery for influencer campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
  • Track influencer content across all major social platforms using SaaS tools and manual tracking.
  • Compile and deliver post-campaign reports summarizing earned media results, experiences, and event outcomes.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (including internships) in influencer, PR, or talent agency roles, or in-house brand marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with earned gifting or influencer seeding programs required.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal and external teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
