Job Description

Onward Search is looking to hire a Sr. Account Manager for a boutique creative marketing agency. This is a remote, part-time, 3-month contract opportunity. In this role, you’ll serve as the key liaison between the agency and multiple brand clients, leading integrated marketing and creator-led campaigns across gaming, sports, and lifestyle industries. You’ll manage daily communications, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration while driving project delivery and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Must Have:
  • Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships, communications, and day-to-day operations across multiple brand partnerships.
  • Lead the execution of integrated marketing and creator-led campaigns, ensuring alignment between client objectives and creative strategy.
  • Oversee project delivery—including timelines, budgets, contracts, and reporting—while maintaining accountability across internal teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, production, and operations teams to ensure deliverables meet brand and business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, support business development efforts, and represent agency at client and industry engagements.
  • 3–6 years of experience in account management, marketing, or client services within a creative or integrated agency.
  • Proven success managing complex campaigns in gaming, sports, or lifestyle industries.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a calm and proactive approach under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of creative development, influencer marketing, and performance measurement.
  • Collaborative team player with adaptability, attention to detail, and a “no task too small” mindset.

Sr. Account Manager Responsibilities:
