Creator Manager

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Creator Manager to join a dynamic agency in the esports and sports space. This is a fully remote, part-time role at 10–15 hours per week.

In this role, you’ll help shape and scale a creator program by defining its structure, recruiting talent, and collaborating across creative and production teams. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategy and execution, with deep understanding of creator ecosystems and influencer operations within gaming and sports culture. Experience in athlete influencer marketing, branded content production, or program scalability strategy is preferred.

Creator Manager Responsibilities:

• Define the Creator Program’s structure, values, tiers, and participation criteria.
• Establish what the program unlocks for creators (access, recognition, growth, and brand integration).
• Identify, vet, and onboard gaming and athlete creators aligned with program goals.
• Define the purpose and value of the Streaming Kit program, including creative vision, contents, and user experience.
• Oversee the development of tiered streaming kits in collaboration with creative and production teams.
• Track creator performance (reach, engagement, sentiment, and retention).

Creator Manager Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in creator or influencer marketing, ideally within gaming, sports, or lifestyle verticals.
• Proven track record of developing or managing creator/influencer programs.
• Strong understanding of gaming and creator culture across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Adept at balancing brand goals with creator authenticity.
