Customer Service Executive (Kannada/Tamil)

This role involves providing customer service support in Kannada and Tamil across voice, chat, and email channels (inbound and outbound). The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for achieving a high first contact resolution (FCR) rate while adhering to standard operating procedures. Duties include addressing customer queries, ensuring follow-up on requests, and maintaining professional standards to achieve customer delight. Experience with CRM tools is required, and experience in the skill-based gaming industry is a plus. Strong oral communication skills in Kannada and Tamil are essential, along with good written communication skills (English or Hindi). The position requires a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role.
Must have:
- 1+ year customer service experience
- CRM tool experience
- Excellent Kannada/Tamil communication
- Achieve high FCR
- Follow SOPs
Good to have:
- Skill-based gaming industry experience
- English/Hindi writing skills

Responsibilities
- Should attain FCR while addressing customer queries in the blend of Voice, Chat and Email (Inbound & Outbound)
- Should maintain professional standards while assisting the customers and serve resolution based on the defined standard operating procedure
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests to achieve customer delight
Requirements
Education and Experience Required
- Should have an experience of minimum 1 years as a customer service executive
- Should have relevant experience on CRM tools
- Experience in the skill-based gaming industry is a plus
- Extremely good oral communications skills in Kannada/Tamil
- Commitment towards serving the resolution on customer issues
- Good interpersonal and writing skills (English or Hindi)
- Ability to learn and develop as per the industry dynamics
