Passion Gaming Private Limited is seeking a Customer Service Executive proficient in Kannada and Tamil. Responsibilities include addressing customer queries via voice, chat, and email (inbound and outbound), maintaining professional standards, following defined operating procedures, and ensuring resolution of customer issues. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a customer service executive, experience with CRM tools, and excellent oral communication skills in Kannada/Tamil. Experience in the skill-based gaming industry is a plus. Good interpersonal and writing skills (English or Hindi) are also required. The role demands a commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to adapt to industry changes.
Must have:
- 1+ years customer service experience
- CRM tool experience
- Excellent Kannada/Tamil communication
- Resolve customer issues
- Follow SOPs
Good to have:
- Skill-based gaming industry experience
- English/Hindi writing skills
Job Details
Responsibilities
- Should attain FCR while addressing customer queries in the blend of Voice, Chat and Email (Inbound & Outbound)
- Should maintain professional standards while assisting the customers and serve resolution based on the defined standard operating procedure
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests to achieve customer delight
Requirements
Education and Experience Required
- Should have an experience of minimum 1 years as a customer service executive
- Should have relevant experience on CRM tools
- Experience in the skill-based gaming industry is a plus
- Extremely good oral communications skills in Kannada/Tamil
- Commitment towards serving the resolution on customer issues
- Good interpersonal and writing skills (English or Hindi)
- Ability to learn and develop as per the industry dynamics
