Must Have:
  • Quickly and efficiently answer customer questions via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Resolve complaints and ensure they are prevented in the future.
  • Act proactively and assess customer needs to immediately come up with solutions.
  • Collaborate with your team and colleagues in the store to achieve optimal results.
  • Create additional sales opportunities by effectively using your product knowledge.
  • MBO4 work/thinking level or higher.
  • Fluent in Dutch, with excellent grammar and spelling.
  • Great and accurate typing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of the English language (A1-A2).
  • Flexible.
  • Results-oriented, social, and enjoys a dynamic environment.
  • Available at least every other Saturday to work.
  • Strong communication and self-confidence.

What will you do?

  • You speak and write fluent Dutch, and have excellent grammar and spelling.
  • You are someone with great and accurate typing skills.
  • You have basic knowledge of the English language (A1-A2)
  • Flexibility is key for you
  • You are results-oriented, social and love a dynamic environment.
  • Availability: You are available to work at least every other Saturday.
  • Strong communication and self-confidence. You know exactly how to approach customers and convince them with your self-confidence.
