Job Description

The Customer Support Representative will work with customer requests via chats and tickets, assisting customers with their issues and providing a top-notch customer experience in Spanish. They will collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer service, identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and offer solutions, while adhering to internal procedures. The role requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be a native Spanish speaker and have an intermediate level of English. Previous customer support experience and experience with live chat and email interactions are a plus.
Must have:
  • Intermediate English proficiency (written & spoken).
  • Native Spanish speaker.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good to have:
  • Previous customer support experience.
  • Experience handling live chat and email interactions.

We need your professional experience:
  • Intermediate level of English (written and spoken);

  • Experience handling live chat and email interactions will be considered an advantage.
