Growe is seeking a BI & Data Analyst to analyze traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance across regions, sources, and products. The role involves identifying optimal channels, building and automating reports in Tableau, SQL, and Google Sheets, and optimizing data collection. The analyst will work with diverse datasets, formulate hypotheses, and translate complex data into actionable insights for marketing, acquisition, and product teams. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in BI or product analytics, proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel, and experience with large datasets and process automation.

Must Have:- 2+ years of experience in BI or product analytics (B2C / acquisition)
- Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Google Sheets / Excel (pivots, formulas, data structuring)
- Experience working with large datasets and building reports from scratch
- Demonstrate skills in data validation, process automation, and business metric structuring
- Collaborate effectively with Marketing, PM, BI, and Media Buyers
- Intermediate English or higher (some teams operate fully in English)
