Growe is seeking a Learning and Development Expert to design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs. This role involves creating project plans, conducting needs assessments, managing budgets and resources, and collaborating with stakeholders and vendors. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of L&D experience, strong project management skills, and advanced English proficiency, with a focus on driving results and fostering growth.

Must Have:
  • Create a comprehensive project plan for training.
  • Conduct training needs assessments collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with trainers and content developers.
  • Manage training resources and ensure smooth program execution.
  • Organize leadership programs for the executive level.
  • Establish and manage the training budget.
  • Collaborate with external training vendors or consultants.
  • Implement assessment and evaluation mechanisms for training programs.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to provide project updates.
  • Facilitate and conduct internal training programs.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in the Learning and Development field.
  • Strong knowledge of the local L&D field, including trainers, tools, and learning program design and structure.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of training methodology.
  • Advanced level of English (both written and spoken).

##### We need your professional experience:

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in the Learning and Development field;
  • Strong knowledge of the local L&D field, including trainers, tools, and learning program design and structure;
  • Experience in the IT or iGaming industry will be considered a significant advantage;
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Knowledge of training methodology;
  • Advanced level of English (both written and spoken).
