Job Description
As a Driver Experience & Fulfillment Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in analyzing driver data to inform business decisions. You will research and analyze driver insights and trends to create robust business reports that enhance the driver experience within the app. Your work will also provide data and insights for local teams to optimize their products and services based on driver preferences and needs. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining driver-related dashboards, analyzing data to identify trends and anomalies for strategic decision-making, collaborating with various teams, performing competitive intelligence analysis, creating automated weekly reports and business forecasts, and developing presentations for insights and strategy recommendations. You will be the primary contact for driver health metrics and analysis.
Must have:
- Develop and maintain driver dashboards

- BS/MS in Business, Engineering, CS, Math, Econ, Stats or equivalent
- 3+ years experience in Business Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, or Growth
- Comfortable analyzing large raw data with attention to detail
- Ability to uncover insights from numbers and communicate them
- Proactive team-player, works under pressure and tight deadlines
- Proficiency in analytic, database, visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio)
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Scientific, hypothesis-driven thinking
- Structured problem-solving with MECE issue trees
- Strong project management skills

About the Role
As Driver Experience & Fulfillment Data Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in analyzing all available driver’s data for the business to utilize in deciding their next steps. Working in a fluid, fast-paced environment, where the latest cutting-edge software technologies are at your disposal, you’ll research and analyze driver’s insights and current driver’s trends to create robust business reports that will improve the overall driver’s experience in the apps. Your work will also provide the necessary data and insights for our local teams to further their experimentations and better optimize their products and services to driver’s preferences and needs.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain driver’s related dashboards to monitor key metrics and compare achievements against targeted goals.
- Analyze various data points, detect anomalies and spot trends to drive business and strategic decision-making on driver’s initiatives.
- Collaborate with the BI, Data Science, Marketing, Strategy and Product Management teams to ensure alignment on data analysis, methodologies, insights, and recommendations and proactively escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Analysis on the competitive intelligence insights and findings.
- Create automated weekly reporting & business forecasting
- Create compelling presentations for insights & strategy recommendations.
- Be the go-to person on anything related to the multiple health metrics and analysis.
What you will need
- A BS/MS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience within one or more of the following fields: Business Analytics, Strategy and Planning, Consulting, Growth or relevant functions
- Comfortable analyzing large amounts of raw data with an obsession to detail and accuracy of data
- Able to uncover the story and relationship behind the numbers and communicate the insights to a wider audience
- A proactive team-player who can work under pressure and tight deadline
- Proficiency in multiple analytic, database, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.) along with strong knowledge of SQL
- A scientific and hypothesis-driven thinking process with the ability to create a structured way of problem solving with MECE issue trees and impact sizing
- Strong project management skills to manage complex projects and to prioritize and effectively collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders

You play a pivotal role to improve the quality life of drivers which have direct correlation to customer experience. Though everyday will be very challenging balancing the expectations from drivers (thru regions) and business team but you feel great satisfaction as you are directly creating a social impact.
