As a Data Analyst in the Marketing team at Amanotes, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making to optimize user acquisition (UA) and creative strategies for their global mobile gaming products. Your key responsibilities will include researching and implementing the best solutions, using advanced analytical techniques like statistics and machine learning to understand user behavior and optimize campaigns. You will collaborate with the UA and Creative teams, construct dashboards, and maintain data documentation. Must Have
- Strong critical, logical, and analytical thinking.
- Proven ability to conduct independent research and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
- Experience with SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to communicate data findings using visualizations and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proactive attitude, strong learning agility, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with Maths/Statistics, especially Statistical Inference.
- Good understanding of mobile UA and good command of English for written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in statistical and analytical techniques.

Job Description
- As an Amanotes’ Data Analyst in the Marketing team, you will drive data-driven decision-making to optimize user acquisition (UA) and creative strategies, delivering actionable insights that enhance campaign performance and contribute to the success of our global mobile gaming products.
- Take ownership of initiatives related to UA & creative, understand clearly the objective, do research and find the best solution, put that into action and train other members on the utilization
- Apply techniques such as statistics, advanced analytics, machine learning,... to answer business questions such as pattern recognition of user behavior, user segmentation, optimization... and set up business solutions that are applied at company level
- Work closely with UA and Creative team in planning and daily operation to identify opportunities for data solutions, provide insight and consult on action for optimization
- Construct dashboards to monitor business performance, create and maintain data documentation (optional)
- Work closely with DA, DE team to build, optimize and ensure quality of data / ETL pipeline with Central Data team (optional)
- We’re looking for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in mobile marketing, gaming, or related fields.
