Primary Objective

To ensure accurate migration, validation, and maintenance of software contract and supplier data between Excel datasets and the Omnea platform, while confirming data completeness and accuracy across all relevant systems.

** This is a short term contract, approx 4 weeks to commence on or before December 1st. Must be based in Cork to complete training & fulfill hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

Data Migration:

Transfer software contract and supplier data from Excel into the Omnea platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness during upload.

Data Validation / Sanity Checks:

Review migrated data to verify accuracy, consistency, and alignment with original source files and system requirements.

Contract Review:

Validate key contract details — including supplier name, contract title, start and end dates, and renewal terms — to ensure correctness.

Document Association:

Confirm that all relevant contracts and supporting documentation are correctly linked or stored within Omnea and associated systems.

System Cross-Verification:

Check and reconcile data across Omnea, Agiloft, and D365 to confirm that information is synchronized and complete.

Data Quality and Accuracy:

Identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent data entries and take corrective action to maintain high data integrity standards.

Reporting and Issue Tracking:

Maintain a log of data discrepancies, corrective actions, and validation progress; provide weekly status updates to the project lead.

Collaboration and Knowledge Transfer:

Work closely with procurement and systems teams to ensure alignment, document completed tasks, and support handover upon project completion.
