• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with ETL concepts
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Shell, or similar)
• Exposure to data migration projects (academic or professional)
• Ability to follow data mapping and transformation rules
• Attention to detail, ability to perform data cleansing

Minimum: Intermediate SQL, one scripting language, and Excel (formulas, pivot tables).

Nice to Have: Exposure to ERP/HCM data, ability to interpret data quality issues, prior internship/academic migration project experience.
