Job Summary
Job Description
This role focuses on high-speed digital DDR and HBM IP physical implementation. Candidates should possess a BS/MS in EE with relevant IC design experience, strong physical design skills including Floorplan, P&R, Physical verification, and DFM. A solid background in circuits, electronics, and physics is essential, along with proficiency in scripting languages like Perl, C shell, and Makefile. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical delivery and be a good team player.
Must have:
- BS/MS in EE with relevant IC design experience
- Good physical design experience in digital implementation domain including Floorplan, P&R, Physical verification, DFM
- Solid background in circuits, electronics, physic
- Skilled in scripting language, such as Perl, C shell, Makefile
- Responsible for technical delivery
- Good team player

Job Responsibilities:
Focus on high speed digital DDR and HBM IP physical implementation
Job Requirement:
- BS/MS in EE with relevant IC design experience;
