Job Summary
Cadence is seeking an EDA PV Intern for Digital Backend Flow. Responsibilities include assisting in Innovus's regression review, testing Invsplus flow enhancements, creating new regression cases, and performing root cause analysis for customer CCRs to improve tool quality. Candidates should have a Master's degree in Microelectronics and Integrated Circuits, necessary IC design knowledge, and strong communication skills. A commitment to work at least 4 days per week for over 6 months is required.
Must Have
- Assist in Cadence P&R tool Innovus's regression review
- Test Invsplus flow, DB objects/attributes related enhancements
- Create new regression cases
- Perform root cause analysis for customer CCRs to improve commands/scenario coverage and tool quality
- Master in Microelectronics and Integrated Circuits
- IC design knowledge is necessary
- Good communication in English and Chinese
- Good confidence
- Good self-motivation
- Commitment to work as intern at least 4 days per week for more than 6 months

Job Description
Responsibilities:
a) Assist in Cadence P&R tool Innovus's regression review
c) Test Invsplus flow, DB objects/attributes related enhancements, create new regression cases, root cause analysis for customer CCRs to improve commands/scenario coverage and tool quality
Requirements:
- Master in Microelectronics and Integrated Circuits
- IC design knowledge is necessary, synthesis, statistic timing analysis knowledge and physical knowledge is a strong plus
- Unix System knowledge, tclsh/cshell/perl/python and other scripting skill will be plus
- Good communication in English and Chinese, good confidence and good self-motivation.
- Commitment to work as intern at least 4 days per week for more than 6 months
