Job Description

A digital marketing agency like ours requires a combination of creative, technical and communication skills, and as our new digital account manager, you are equally adept in all three areas.

You're hungry to learn, fast to execute, and itching to strip off and dive head first into any and every social media and digital campaign under the sun.

We have a truly international team with years of experience in marketing, branding and digital, and our working environment is positively overflowing with creativity, passion and ambition.

With your specialised skill set and experience you will hit the ground running, strategizing for digital campaigns, managing clients and timelines, and taking charge right from execution through to reporting & analysis.

Qualifications

We are looking for a talented young digital marketing gun equipped with:

  • At least 2 years on the job experience in digital account management

  • An intimate understanding of all major social media platforms

  • A good dose of charisma and charm; someone who knows how to really build & nurture relationships with clients and vendors

  • A keen interest in what's happening in the digital space, both locally and worldwide

  • A proven track record managing multiple commitments to clients, team and business operations

  • The ability to effectively manage time, plan and prioritise, while being self-motivated to achieve outstanding results

  • A strong process focus and the ability to read insights interpret data and create reports

  • Two eyes for detail, with the capacity to learn fast and drive their own personal development

  • The ability to adapt to challenges in a constantly evolving startup environment
  • The ability to create a great presentation

You’ll also need to be flexible with your schedule, as working hours will at times be dictated by the business needs.
