Job Description

The Digital Campaigns Manager will be responsible for driving and maneuvering highly effective global digital campaigns, embracing new trends, and understanding digital channels as scalable platforms with creative potential. Key responsibilities include managing global digital marketing campaigns, identifying the best digital channels media mix for organic and paid brand presence, and overseeing the planning, creation, implementation, monitoring, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns across all networks. The role also involves gaining a deep understanding of target audiences and their behaviors to optimize global digital channels, measuring channel efficiency, and assisting in recommendations. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners in a positive and open-minded manner is essential.
Must have:

Job Details

As our new Digital Campaigns Manager, you’ll have to drive and manoeuvre through highly effective global digital campaigns and find joy in being the first to try out the latest trends. The ideal candidate will understand that digital channels are not just a series of interconnected communication networks, but are also scalable platforms full of creative potential. In this role, you will:

  • Manage highly effective global digital marketing campaigns.
  • Find the best digital channels media mix for organic & paid brand presence.
  • Your everyday will encompass planning, creating, implementing, monitoring, and analysing our digital marketing campaigns across all networks. 
  • Gain (and stay on top) a deep understanding of our target audiences, their needs, their behaviors to develop an informed point of view. 
  • Map out how our global digital channels can be optimized.
  • Measure the efficiency and effectiveness of digital channels and assist in making recommendations.
  • Spotting trends and technologies to improve performance. 
  • Work with multiple internal teams and external partners, utilizing a positive, collaborative, and open-minded approach.

What we are looking for:

  • General knowledge of marketing strategies. 
  • Good understanding of social and gaming platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Roblox, etc.
  • Experience with running digital campaigns and direct media buying (understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytical tools).
  • Good numeracy and an interest in data.
  • Passion for gaming, a keen eye for social and cultural trends.
  • Hands-on critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter, with a can-do attitude.
  • Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken.

Your experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Good working knowledge of the global social media channels, advertising tools & analytics tools.
  • A passion for games and gaming culture.
